SEC Approved N1.2b For Engagement Of Design Consultants To Supervise Construction Of Mega Schools In Adamawa

The Adamawa State Executive Council (SEC) has approved the engagement of Mssrs Associated Design Consultants at over 1.2billion naira to supervise the construction of three mega schools across the three senatorial zones in the state

This was the resolution reached at the end of the council meeting presided over by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri in the Council Chamber Government House, Yola on Friday.

Briefing newsmen shortly after the meeting, Commissioner of information and strategy, Mr James Iliya said the engagement of the firm aimes at ensuring successful completion of the projects and improve the educational system of the state.

He reiterated the importance of constructing the schools which is in government’s determination to ensure its citizens acquire quality education which is the backbone of any society.
