The governor stated this in his address at the state PDP stakeholders meeting held at the banquet hall, government house Yola.
Governor Umaru Fintiri, represented by his deputy, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta advised PDP members to learn to live with one another to enable government continue its provision of dividends of democracy to the people.
He called for tolerance amongst party faithful, encouraging them to go out enmass to campaign for the victory of PDP at the local government polls.
The state PDP chairman, Barrister Abubakar Tahir Shehu had earlier in his address stated that the party is operating within the specified time given to political parties by the state electoral umpire.
He disclosed that the PDP in Adamawa is set to commence campaigns on 2nd July, 2024, with Madagali, Michika and Mubi North, followed by Mubi south, Maiha and Hong on 3rd July, before proceeding to Gombi, Song and Girei local governments on 4th July, 2024.
Others include; Toungo, Ganye and Jada on 8th July, Mayo-Belwa Numan and Demsa on 9th while that of Lamurde, Guyuk and Shelleng is coming up on 10th July, before rounding up the campaigns in Fufore, Yola North and South local governments on 11th July, 2024.
The state PDP chairman called on the party members to eschew any form of grievances and work as a formidable team for the success of the party, noting that the essence is to serve the citizens irrespective of any differences.
Barrister Shehu described the PDP led government in Adamawa as a gender sensitive and all inclusive, urging stakeholders to mobilize people ahead of the campaigns.
