Gov. Fintiri To Remodel Yola Main Market.

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has appealed to market traders in Yola to cooperate with the Government as it plans to remodel the recently burnt market next month.

He said he constituted a committee that will investigate the extent of damage, to those affected and report back to him to enable Government intervention.

The Governor stated this when he visited the scene of the Yola market disaster to commiserate with the victims and the entire Yola community.

He commiserates with the traders over the incident and urges them to take it as an act of God.

In their remarks, the Chairman of Gamzaki Traders Association, Ali Kachalla and the leader of the market Umaru Sarkin Kasuwa, thanked Governor Fintiri for assurances to remodel the market.
