Gov Fintiri Reopens Adamawa Homes & Savings Ltd.

The Executive Governor of Adamawa State Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has reopened the operations of Adamawa Homes and Savings Limited.

The Governor was represented at the official reopening of the bank now to be known as the Primary Mortgage Bank today by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Hon. Auwal D. Tukur alongside the Honourable Commissioner Ministry of Housing and Urban Development Hon (Dr) Abdullahi Prambe.

The top management officials and staff were present at official reopening and commencement of operations.

Recall that the Bank was closed since May 2023 when the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) revoked the operating licences of 132 microfinance banks (MfBs), primary mortgage banks (PMBs) and finance companies operators for not complying with the rules and regulations and the purpose of the MfB operations.
