ADAS-P ENGAGES UNICEF AND PRIMARY HEALTH CARE DEV. AGENCY ON NUTRITION
AND PREVENTION ISSUES.

In continuation of their engagement meetings with various stakeholders to implement the Agribusiness Support Program as designed and approved by Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s administration, The ADAS programme management meets UNICEF and the Primary Health Care Development Agency to incorporate Nutrition and other related issues associated with production under ADAS programme support scheme.

The aim of the meeting is to facilitate quality production of food targeting small holder capacity strengthening and other necessary avenues that comes through ADAS programme to ensure not only standard but also healthy food is produced and presented to the public.

ADAS-P Delegation was led by the Chief Operating Officer of the programme Mal.Ibrahim Yunusa Gafai who seeks partnership with the stakeholders to enable them implement their program effectively.

There was a serious deliberation during the meeting and unanimous decision was reached to reconvene for understanding before signing a memorandum of understanding among the parties.
