Ambassador Umar Shayi receives Security Man of the Year 2024 award

A media outfit, Apex News Exclusive has conferred award of excellence to Ambassador Umar Aliyu Shayi for his efforts and outstanding gallant contributions to security and properties across Bauchi State.

The event took place in Bauchi at the weekend, at his office, Director General, Bauchi State Vigilante and Youths Empowerment Agency.

Presenting the award, Abdullahi Idris, Northern Bureau Chief of organization said, the award of exellence conferred Amb. Shayi is for his sacrificial performance and service rendered to humanity against all forms of criminality across the state and Nigeria.

He said, the Apex media outlet finds him worthy of excellence among other remarkable Nigerians in her annual award of excellence series for his various roles and contributions in private and public service

Umar Aliyu Shayi while making his remarks appreciates the Apex News group for finding worthy, and promised to do more in future in service to humanity

And he added that this will remained a great landmark and encouragement for his outstanding contributions in the security architecture in Bauchi state and Nigeria at large.

The officer attributed his success story to supports and encouragement the security outlet is receiving from Senator Bala Mohammad, Executive Governor of Bauchi State for purposeful commitment and contributions to the security agencies in Bauchi state to ensure security of lives and properties of the citizens.

The recipient equally recognized the collaboration and synergy between the vigilante group and all conventional security operatives or services in Bauchi State for their Well-done jobs and display of professionalism in the course of carrying out their respective assignments in Nigeria

The recipient Ambassador Shayi do warmly appreciates the kindness, support, and encouragement from CP Auwal Mohammad, Director SSS, Commandant, 33 Artillery Brigade in Bauchi and Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC for their support and professional guidance to Bauchi state vigilante and youths empowerment agency.

And he finally extends his full gratitude to God for the award and to his men for their commitment while discharging their assignments following the constitution, and by extension the law of the land in ensuring public safety, and security of lives and properties in Nigeria.
